Simmons.

Simmons was a scientist working at Black Mesa. He was an assistant to Dr. Rosenburg, along with Walter Bennett. He escaped early on during the Black Mesa Incident when he, Walter, Rosenburg, and Barney Calhoun teleported to the surface through the use of an old prototype teleporter. They then escaped using a Black Mesa SUV. Despite his appearance, Simmons should not be confused with Dr. Eli Vance.
