Wasteland Scanner
I found this concept art for a "Wasteland Scanner". It looks like the Shield Scanner, but there are differences, so is it possible a cut enemy? Dark Ridley 14:07, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
- It's anyone's guess, really. To be on the safe side, assume it's just an early concept for the Shield Scanner until we know different, they're probably one and the same. --MattyDienhoff 17:36, 26 July 2008 (UTC)

It's a machine! Not a synth![]
Why are you guys calling this a synth? First of all, the City Scanner was out before this Scanner got invented. Synths are alive, Scanners aren't. Plus, there is a battery inside. My point is: THIS IS A ROBOT! And you know what else? I like pie, and nobody can take that away from me! HAHAHA! Eh emm, uhhh...yeah, thats it. Thank you! --Doctor Hax 17:27, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

- We don't know if there's such a thing, and that's unlikely they would be called "Citizens". Maybe Advisors are the original form of the Combine, we don't know for sure. And you'd obviously find Synth there, since Gunships come from the Overworld at the end of HL2. Klow 12:40, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
